Our transparent and accurate records of care activities provide our clients with peace of mind and trust in our services. Additionally, we offer flexible hourly home care services, from 1 hour to 24/7 all year round.

Regulators

MyCare Home Services is governed by Care Quality Commission (CQC) for regulated activities. The CQC ensures that health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, and high-quality care.

We are registered with CQC to provide two regulated activities:

  • Personal care
  • Treatment of disease, disorder, or injury

MyCare Home Services is ISO 9001:2015 certified company for its Quality Management System (QMS). ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for QMS. Organisations use these standards to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
