Our transparent and accurate records of care activities provide our clients with peace of mind and trust in our services. Additionally, we offer flexible hourly home care services, from 1 hour to 24/7 all year round.

Regulators

MyCare Home Services is governed by Care Quality Commission (CQC) for regulated activities. The CQC ensures that health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, and high-quality care.

We are registered with CQC to provide two regulated activities:

Treatment of disease, disorder, or injury

MyCare Home Services is ISO 9001:2015 certified company for its Quality Management System (QMS). ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for QMS. Organisations use these standards to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC):

We are corporate members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) for robust and safer recruitment processes.

Asif Gill

Business Development Manager/ Director

Joined: 2016

Asif is an experienced nurse who has served in the NHS and Private Healthcare for more than 15 years. He is an accredited recruiter with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), ensuring Quality Assurance according to ISO 9001: 2015 standards for Quality Management Systems. He works alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the safety of services, overall performance and to surpass the client's expectations.

Cristiana Silva

Nominated individual/ Director/ Registered Manager

Joined: 2016

Cristiana Silva is our CQC Registered Manager for the regulated activity of personal care and treatment of disease, disorder, or injury. She has 11 years of experience working in the healthcare profession. Her role encompasses the overall management of our services, providing leadership and guidance to our dedicated team.

Cristiana ensures that services are delivered in a person-centred approach and that priority is given to clients' choices, likes, dislikes and preferences. She ensures that MyCare Home Services' organisational priorities are met in accordance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Standards.

Monika Majda

Registered Manager

Joined: 2022

Monika is our CQC Registered Manager for the regulated activity of personal care. She has 10 years of experience working in social care. Monika started working in social care as a care worker and has worked her way up to a management role.

Monika is responsible for the overall management of our services and ensures that services are delivered in a person-centred approach and that priority is given to clients' choices, likes, dislikes and preferences. Monika speaks fluent Polish.

Michelle Ferguson

HR & Compliance Officer

Michelle has been working at MyCare for just over a year as a Recruitment and Compliance Officer. She has worked in a nursing recruitment agency previously and gained a wealth of knowledge.

Her day is spent speaking to applicants, experienced or not, taking them through the process until they are compliant and can go out in our community and help make a difference. Michelle works alongside the Registered Manager to ensure Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards are met.

Being a mum to an energetic 7 years old, she doesn’t get a lot of spare time, but enjoys a movie and a meal out when possible.

Susan Callaghan

Client Liaison Officer

Joined: 2021

Sue joined us 12 months ago as our Client Liaison Officer. She takes pride in meeting our service users and families, conducting initial assessments, and building relationships. She knows each client on a personal level by keeping weekly contact with them.

She is responsible for documenting all information or concerns. She liaises with local authorities for any referrals and point of contact for all clients. Sue works alongside her colleagues to ensure clients receive the best quality home care services.

Sue is a gym enthusiast in her free time and loves to wine and dine.

David Hunt

Field Care Supervisor

Joined: 2024

David Hunt is our Field Care Supervisor. David has a background in residential and Live-in care with over 20 years experience He has worked as a Deputy Manager for mental health residential home for 8 years, and then reduced the working hours due to personal commitments at home. David ahs spent last fours years working for ambulance transport. He also run a local charity football club for youths, this has been his hobby for last 11 years.
