MyCare Home Services is CQC registered home care provider based in Brook house, 54a Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge. UB8 2QE. We excited to announce the addition of a New Field Care Supervisor to serve the local community.

David Hunt has been serving for more than 20 years in several organisations including Nursing Home Residential home, Live in Care setting and most recently served as patient transport team Leader.

MyCare Home Services is pleased to appoint Mr Hunt to serve in the capacity of Field Care Supervisor for growing needs of our clients in their own home.

“This position will enable MyCare Home Services to provide quality home care services by ensuring safety and accountability”, said Cristian Silva (CQC Registered Manager). “Field Care Supervisor will work closely with Clients & families, Care Staff and Management to ensure seamless and efficient Services for the benefit of Clients”.

Job Summary of Field Care Supervisor :

To support the organisation in delivering a flexible service to Service Users and Support Care Staff in the domiciliary care and office setting.
This is a hybrid post where some of the duties are carried out in the Community with the Service User’s and Care Staff, and in the office working alongside with the Registered Manager and other members of the team.
To always promote MyCare Home Services and aim for excellence in Care delivery and high Satisfaction rates of Service User’s/Families and Care Staff.
To carry out routine and bespoke tasks in the Community and in the office to ensure that the company is compliant in all regulatory requirements under the direction of the Registered Manager.
